Considering this is a Florida legal Contract, Texas laws may be quite different and not agree with these documents on private and it commercial property acquisitions. Plus, it is suspicious that HAH representative Karen Roan an active Secretary for HAH, violates their own internal Rules of Corporation and violates IRS rules concerning maintaining a 501c3 for BOTH of the parties (HAH and B Mast). I’m not an RE agent nor am I a tax person, but I did understand what the original contract said and BRian Mast pillaged $310,00.00 from everyone who has contributes to this HAH program around the world, and he and HAH made alot of extra cash from that suspicious deal. Thieves come in many forms, but it seems (leaning closet) politicians are the worst.
